Role Description The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources activities for an export-focused organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. This full time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes responsibility for talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for corporate, operational, and site-based teams.

The HR Manager will manage performance appraisal processes, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development. Day-to-day tasks include handling employee relations,



maintaining HR records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and export-industry regulations. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to support organizational culture, change management, and long-term HR strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong HR management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in an export or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in policy formulation, HR compliance, labor law adherence, and documentation for domestic and international operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and site-based teams.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in exports, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated capability in training and development, employee engagement, and organizational culture-building initiatives.
