Exp Required: 12 - 15 years

/ Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve work culture, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and providing solutions to improve employee satisfaction.

- Coordinate performance management and improvement systems to support employee development and organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to reflect changes in legislation.

- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities.





- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration.

- Oversee HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and practices.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
