Manage end-to-end plant HR operations for our Jaggayapeta manufacturing facility: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, PF/ESI and other applicable labour laws. Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling for factory staff and workmen.
Preferred candidate profile
2-3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace. Working knowledge of labour law compliance (Factories Act, PF, ESI). MBA/PG in HR preferred.
