About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for an organization of approximately 150 employees & growing. The candidate will be responsible for driving the complete employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, HRMS administration, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can build a high-performance culture while ensuring operational excellence and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 6–10 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.




- Experience handling organizations with 100–300 employees.
- Strong recruitment experience across corporate, technical, and blue-collar hiring.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR reporting.
