Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
Assist in onboarding and HR documentation Requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
