Position- HR Executive

Experience- 3–4 Years

Salary- ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Industry Preference- Manufacturing Industry

Location- Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

Handle complete attendance management, including attendance records, late coming, leave and overtime data.

Manage the payroll process and coordinate monthly salary processing.

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and joining formalities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Handle employee relations, grievances and day-to-day employee concerns.

Implement company HR policies, rules and procedures effectively.

Ensure proper employee joining, induction and exit formalities.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related data using Advanced Excel.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR and administrative activities.

Support management in maintaining discipline, employee engagement and workplace policies.





Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and statutory/compliance-related records as assigned.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Payroll Processing and Attendance Management.

Experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations.

Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation.

Valuable command of Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis and reporting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination, documentation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle employees and HR activities independently.

Candidate Profile

3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Should have practical knowledge of payroll, attendance, recruitment and employee relations.

Should be comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities and coordinating with employees at different levels.
