About The Role

We’re looking for an HR Executive to be the go to person for HR at our Head Office in Fort, Mumbai . From hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, HR operations and everyday people matters, you’ll be involved in it all. You’ll also look after the front desk and basic office administration. In short, it’s a hands on HR role with plenty of variety.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own day to day HR operations at the Head Office
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle activities
- Support recruitment, screening, interviews and joining formalities
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR MIS
- Be the go to person for employee queries and HR coordination
- Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes and SOPs




- Manage the front desk, calls and visitors
- Coordinate office administration, vendors, housekeeping and supplies
- Keep the office organised, professional and welcoming
- Take ownership of day to day HR and admin requirements and get things done

What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
- Good understanding of core HR processes
- Solid communication and people skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Organised, proactive and detail oriented
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
- A friendly, approachable and professional personality
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and grow with the organisation
