Recruitment and Hiring

- Conducting initial interviews and sourcing candidates.
- Managing the hiring process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Facilitating open communication channels and fostering a positive work environment.
- Handling disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Compliance and HR Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, Developing and updating HR policies and procedures, and Maintaining accurate employee records.

Other Responsibilities

Managing employee benefits programs, Administering payroll and salary reviews, Managing the HR budget, and Overseeing the termination process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
