- Handle end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, calling, screening, resume collection, interviews, HOD coordination, and joining follow-up.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and hospital orientation.
- Maintain and ensure 100% completion of employee personnel files as per NABH requirements.
- Coordinate mandatory employee training and induction programs and maintain training records.
- Maintain leave records, doctors’ weekly attendance, resignation and absconded employee trackers.
- Conduct hospital rounds twice daily to monitor employee presence, grooming, cleanliness, and workplace discipline.
- Identify repeated employee-related issues and escalate them to the HR Head for appropriate action.




- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, Excel trackers, and weekly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee records.

Preferred Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR trackers.
- Candidates with solid recruitment and HR operations experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
