HR Executive – Civil & Construction Industry

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry Experience: Civil & Construction – Mandatory

:

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
- Handle payroll inputs and HR data using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower requirements and HR activities.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and general HR queries.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Support employee engagement, welfare and other HR initiatives.

Skills Required:

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Statutory Compliance.
- Good communication skills in Tamil, English and Kannada.
