The candidate must be flexible with working hours and comfortable adjusting their schedule based on business requirements, employee needs, interviews, and coordination with teams working in different time.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer negotiation and candidate joining formalities.

HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth separation processes.
- Support HR compliance and ensure employee documentation is maintained as per company requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment roles.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, LinkedIn, and job portals will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,637.16 - ₹41,345.52 per month
