Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate student placements and interview processes
- Build and maintain relationships with companies
- Develop current client/company tie-ups for placement opportunities
- Coordinate with HR teams and hiring companies
- Track placement activities and follow up with candidates
- Support the team in achieving placement targets
Preferred Skills
- 1+ year experience in HR / Recruitment / Placement Coordination
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
