Work Mode: Onsite

Role & responsibilities

- Source experienced OPT Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

- Evaluate candidates on their understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, visa types (OPT/CPT/H1B), and talent marketing strategies

- Monitor and record daily attendance, logins, and leaves

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a US IT Staffing or IT Recruitment company.

- Valuable understanding of what OPT Recruiters and Bench Sales Recruiters do on a day-to-day basis.

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
