Role & responsibilities

- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, engagement, and performance management.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and retention initiatives.

- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate Learning & Development programs and identify employee training needs.

- Maintain HR dashboards and provide insights on hiring, attrition, leave, performance, and other HR metrics.

- Support HR audits, documentation, contracts, and compliance activities.

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
