Experience: 10-15 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure 100% compliance with S&E;,TL,CLRA, EPF, ESI, and all compliances under labor regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits at project locations to identify and rectify compliance gaps.
- Prepare for and manage external auditors during inspections to avoid penalties or legal repercussions.
- Generate periodic reports on compliance metrics & ensure timely submissions to internal/external customers.
- Coordinate with external consultants, labor departments, and government bodies for timely license renewals.
- Proactively track expiration dates and resolve discrepancies to prevent operational disruptions.
- Track clearances and close employee records to minimize litigation risks.
- Facilitate grievance handling in line with Industrial Disputes Act, mediating between corporate HR.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure resolutions align with statutory dispute resolution timelines.
- Conduct compliance spot-checks and align site practices with central policies
