Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be proficient in both English and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Coordinate with students, trainers, and staff for smooth classroom management.
- Maintain attendance records and class schedules.
- Handle enquiries and provide administrative support.
- Assist with HR documentation and employee records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities.
- Ensure efficient communication between departments.

Requirements





- Any Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam .
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Responsible and professional attitude.
