Candidates must have prior experience in the US IT Staffing industry. Candidates from general HR, domestic recruitment, BPO, or non-staffing industries will not be considered.

Role & responsibilities

HR, Staffing & Immigration Operations

- Handle HR operations, paperwork, compliance, and documentation for consultants working through US IT Staffing operations.
- Manage and maintain consultant documentation, agreements, onboarding paperwork, and compliance records.
- Coordinate and maintain documentation related to US immigration processes.
- Review consultant documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and track H-1B, H-4, OPT, CPT, I-9, E-Verify, work authorization, and other relevant immigration documentation.
- Coordinate with recruiters, vendors, clients, consultants, attorneys, and internal teams for immigration and compliance-related documentation.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of consultant employment, contract, and immigration paperwork.

Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations

- Handle Accounts Receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, contracts, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, consultant documents, contracts, and compliance paperwork.
- Prepare periodic reports and trackers using MS Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks.
- Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely payment collection and resolution of outstanding receivables.





Vendor Contract & Compliance Review

- Review vendor contracts, agreements, SOWs, amendments, and other contractual documentation.
- Identify concerning, unfavorable, or high-risk clauses that may create financial, operational, legal, or compliance risks.
- Analyze clauses related to payment terms, liability, indemnification, termination, confidentiality, intellectual property, insurance, warranties, SLAs, and other contractual obligations.
- Review contractual obligations to identify potential risks to the company and ensure alignment with internal business requirements.
- Prepare comments, proposed revisions, and responses to address identified contractual concerns.
- Draft clear and commercially appropriate counterproposals and redlines for vendor review.
- Communicate with vendors regarding disputed, unclear, unfavorable, or concerning contractual provisions.
- Coordinate with internal management and relevant teams to obtain approvals and resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, SOWs, redlines, revisions, and final agreements.
- Track contractual obligations, renewal dates, amendments, and compliance requirements.

Compliance & Documentation





- Ensure timely completion of compliance documentation and follow up on pending or expiring documents.
- Support internal audits and maintain organized records for staffing, HR, finance, contracts, and immigration requirements.
- Identify documentation gaps, compliance issues, contractual risks, and pending payments and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, consultant, client, financial, contractual, and immigration-related information.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Mandatory: Prior experience in the US IT Staffing industry.
- Experience in US IT Staffing HR, Accounts Receivable, compliance, immigration paperwork, vendor management, or contract administration is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, consultant documentation, vendor relationships, and contractual requirements.
- Hands-on experience reviewing vendor agreements, SOWs, amendments, and contractual terms is preferred.
- Ability to identify commercial, financial, operational, and compliance risks in contracts.
- Ability to prepare qualified contract comments, revisions, redlines, and counterproposals.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Strong MS Excel skills; QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts and a fast-paced US IT Staffing environment.

Important

US IT Staffing industry experience is mandatory.

Candidates without US IT Staffing experience will not be considered for this position.
