Job Title : Housekeeping supervisor

- Assign tasks and check work to ensure standards are met.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
- Train new employees on cleaning protocols, equipment use, and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare schedules and manage time-off requests to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate – UG / PG from a recognized institution.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality Management candidates are eligible.
- Diploma/Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Freshers can apply.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector, will be an advantage.
