Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Senior Store Associate to manage inventory and daily store operations for a villa property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue items to Kitchen, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate stock records, requisitions, GRNs, and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow proper FIFO/FEFO, storage, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Report damaged, expired, or excess stock to management.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and operational departments.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly secured.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Stores/Inventory, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of stock handling and basic MS Excel.
- Positive communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Local candidates preferred.
