- Manage daily operations including room allotment, registers, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of infrastructure.
- Supervise caretakers, security guards, and all support staff.
- Address student grievances and monitor mess operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness through regular inspections.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
