- Responsible for Client Acquisition, Lead Generation & Relationship Management - Achieve Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets as per business plan - Team Handling, Training & Motivation (For Manager role) - Coordination with Bank/NBFC partners for loan processing & disbursement - Maintain client database, follow-up and ensure high customer satisfaction - Report daily sales activities to Area Sales manager
