Role: Team Leader - Field Marketing

Team Size: 3

Location: Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Trichy

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 3 field marketing executives.
- Achieve individual (self) sales/marketing targets along with team targets.
- Plan daily field activities, route mapping, and market coverage.
- Ensure team productivity, discipline, and on-ground execution.
- Generate leads, onboard customers, and drive business growth.
- Monitor daily performance and share reports with the manager.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures when required.
- Support team members through coaching and problem-solving on the field.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Result-oriented with valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Good market knowledge and field execution capability.
- Basic reporting and data tracking skills.
