Technical Deep Dive (demonstrate on anonymized example)

- Product development logic
- CAD and design (incl. hydraulic layout calculation to CAD)
- 3D package analysis (Vehicle implementation)
- Knowledge with different materials (steel, rubber, sinter, alu, plastic..)
- Perform mechanical calculation / simulation and tolerance studies
- Maintains BOMs and PLM data and IMDS
- Creates component layouts for customer specific components
- Coordinates prototypes, testing, validation, and engineering changes
- Support test and validation
- Failure analysis (elastomers, plastics,



sinter metal,...)
- Design changes and release process (Customer changes or VAVE)
- Interface between product engineering and manufacturing

Develop external test lab footprint and check business opportunities. Create and update master test cost list for local test content

Prepare cost estimates for testing services. Submit proposals for test scenarios for suspensions modules and their components, determine the scope and effort of testing

Creation and maintenance of DV/PV test plans for technical changes or low complexity projects. Creation of test / tear down / materials lab analysis order as required

Data analysis: Evaluation and preparation test results in test reports, customer documents and presentations (Matlab/LMStecware).
