- Manage all corporate secretarial and statutory compliance matters for the Company.
N
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and Listing Regulations.
N
- Handle compliances and filings with ROC, MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatory authorities.
N
- Manage preparation and coordination of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including agendas, notices, minutes, and statutory documentation.
N
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation.
N
- Ensure timely submission of stock exchange disclosures and regulatory filings for a listed entity.
N
- Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
N
- Coordinate with Directors, auditors, legal advisors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
N
- Handle matters relatingto shareholders, investor relations, share transfers, corporate actions, and disclosures.
N
- Oversee compliance withSEBI LODR, Insider Trading Regulations,



and other applicable SEBI regulations.

- Manage annual filings, disclosures, and compliance calendars.
N
- Support corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate matters, as required.
N
- Lead and mentor the secretarial and compliance team.

nDesired Skills & Experience

N

n
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance functions.
N
- Solid experience in a Listed Company is mandatory/preferred.
N
- Excellent knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, LODR, and Stock Exchange compliances.
N
- Strong exposure to Board/Committee processes, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
N
- Excellent communication, drafting, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
N
- Ability to independently manage senior-level corporate secretarial responsibilities.
