nResponding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.
NHands-on experience with SAP on Oracle. Perform oracle administration task.
NHands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts
NPerform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components
NMaintain the multiple SAPinstances that comprise the SAP setting (development, test, training and production)
NMonitor SAP systems (workprocesses, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.
