- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns.

- Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns.
N
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
N
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.

- Manage campaign budgetsand make regular bid and budget adjustments.
N
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
N
- Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords and creatives.

- Monitor search terms and ensure irrelevant traffic is controlled through negative keywords.

- Set up and check conversion tracking, Meta Pixel,



GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.

- Work with the content and design team to improve ad creatives and landing pages.

NWe are looking for someone who is hands-on with paid advertising, not someone who has only theoretical knowledge of digital marketing.

NThe candidate should be comfortable working directly inside Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, analyzing campaign performance and making optimization decisions.
