About the Organization Who we are?

Max Group is a leading Indian multi-business conglomerate with interests in the Life Insurance, Healthcare, Real Estate and Senior Care industries.

Launched in 2013, Antara is a 100% subsidiary of Max India. It is pioneering the concept of Age in Place for people over 55 years of age, by developing Senior Living communities in India. The first Antara community was launched in April 2017 near Dehradun, Uttarakhand with 190 apartments spread over 14 acres of land.

After our first one-of-its-kind, independent residential community at Dehradun and another at Noida, Sector-150. We are set to scale up further and carry forward the Max Group legacy of holistic care solutions with the launch of Antara Care Homes and Antara Care at Home services.

Nursing Educator Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute annual nursing education and training programs.
- Conduct induction and orientation for newly joined nursing staff.
- Organize regular clinical teaching sessions, workshops, and bedside training.
- Conduct Basic Life Support (BLS) and coordinate Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training and certification.
- Conduct emergency response drills (Code Blue, Code Red, Fire & Disaster Mock Drills).
- Assess and maintain nursing competency through skill evaluations and return demonstrations.
- Develop and update nursing education materials, SOPs, and clinical protocols.
- Promote patient safety by training staff on medication safety,



fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, patient identification, and safe patient handling.
- Conduct training on Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), hand hygiene, PPE usage, and biomedical waste management.
- Train nurses on accurate nursing documentation and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Conduct regular clinical audits and identify training needs based on audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, and organizational quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain mandatory training compliance for all nursing staff.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to improve clinical knowledge and career development.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary education sessions with doctors and allied health professionals.
- Participate in incident reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve patient safety.
- Track training effectiveness through competency assessments and outcome measures.
- Prepare and maintain training records, competency matrices, attendance, and certification records.
- Support implementation of evidence-based nursing practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote continuous learning and foster a culture of clinical excellence within the Care Home.
- Assist nursing leadership in policy implementation, clinical governance, and staff performance improvement.
