NEssential Job Functions:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end user support,resolving issues quickly and ensuring a smooth user experience

- Troubleshoot CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, business rules, and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
N
- Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations, including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows
N
- Work within a complex Dynamics environment with custom logic, integrations, and Power Platform components, ensuring stability and consistency across teams
N
- Perform data maintenance and bulk operations using tools such as Data Import Wizard, Excel templates, or Power Automate to support accuracy and data integrity
N
- Support testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements, releases, and system updates
N
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure CRM functionality aligns with business needs

nQualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or equivalent experience
N
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals is a plus
N
- Experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service,

- or related modules)

nTechnical Skills

- Proven experienceadministering Microsoft Dynamics 365 in complex or large-scale environments

- Strong troubleshooting skills across CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, integrations and related processes
N
- Handon experience with data import/export tools and data maintenance best practices

- Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

- Familiarity with ZapierZap automated workflow is a nice to have
N
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage cross functional communication

- Some familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or plugin development concepts is a plus (helpful
