NKey Responsibilities

- Provide Operational support to new access provisioning requirements
N
- Provide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)
N
- Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end users
N
- Conduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
N
- Identify, assess, and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within environment.
N
- Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends, security vulnerabilities, and evolving infrastructure and security landscape.
N
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.
N





nMinimum Qualifications:

N

n
- Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
N
- Able to work independently and versatile with shift timings
N
- Use of tools such as spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfaces
N
- Knowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantage
N
- Should be a team playerand work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
N
- Experience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology environment (e.G., Google Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds).
N
- Familiarity with internal tools, systems, and security protocols, specifically related to vendor access and infrastructure.
N
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

nWork Experience

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
N
- Experience of TechnicalHelpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management Environment
N
- Experience in IT audit,information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments.
N
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
