Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through voice calls
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Manage customer requests, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements





• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

Candidate Profile

- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in US/UK shifts
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in an international voice process
