- Responsible for daily manufacturing activities in Ring Gear Manufacturing • Daily RG transfers from various sections • Unit PMPD, OTIF and Plant OEE - Analysis & Improvement • Safety • Quality • Daily production monitoring report and cost variance analysis.
- Implementation of 5S, TPM, Lean Management & Kaizen in the plant.
- Responsible for maintain EBTDA for the plant.
- Procurement of recent equipment • Low cost automation & Cost Saving Initiatives • Manpower optimization.
