Role & responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC.
- Strong understanding of IGA/IAM concepts.
- Hands-on experience with:

- SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow
- Sources & Connectors

- Identity Profiles
- Access Profiles & Entitlements

- Roles / RBAC

- Transforms

- Workflows

- Certifications
- Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
- Strong knowledge of REST API, JSON and web services.
- Experience with Active Directory / LDAP / Azure AD.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, BeanShell or scripting is an advantage.
- Experience with API tools such as Postman.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with CyberArk, ServiceNow or Saviynt.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM.
- Experience migrating from SailPoint IIQ to ISC/IdentityNow.
- Experience with cloud IAM and security platforms.
- SailPoint certification is an added advantage.
