Our Requirements : -
Any undergraduate(12th) and graduate candidates ( apart from LLB) can apply.
6 months BPO experience on paper is mandatory
Excellent verbal & written communication in English
Candidates location should be within our transport boundary. (20km of radius)
Applicant should be comfortable with strict night shift as well as rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Details : -
CTC: 3 Lakhs - 3.5 Lakhs per annum(Depends on experience)
International US Blended Process - Night shift: 9 hours of work, including 1-hour break- 5 days of work followed by 2 days off on a rotational basis-
One-way cab facilities provided during odd shift
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction
- Work From Office
