Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Work Schedule: Day Shift | 6 Days Working.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Compensation:

- Freshers: 13,000 15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: 18,000 25,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to 10,000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria:

- MBA / BBA (Female Candidates Only)
- 01 year of experience in recruitment or related fields
- Exposure to International Voice Process, AR Calling, or Recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





- Source candidates through job portals and other channels
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Work Timings:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
