- Proven experience in team handling and people managemen
- Robust hands-on experience in employee grievance & review management
- Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required across locations
- Strategic yet hands-on approach to HR
