1. Position: Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Expert
Qualification: Graduate in any field along with a HSE Certification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred) with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce work site safety, monitor EHS compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and report incidents or near misses.
- Ensure worker welfare and environmental safeguards are strictly followed.
- Undertake environmental and social screening as per ADB or State norms and support suitable mitigation measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety and environmental risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Monitor compliance with approved HSE procedures and applicable safeguard requirements.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, toolbox talks, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams to promote secure working practices and address HSE-related issues.
