We are looking for an experienced O&M; professional to lead operations and maintenance activities at a steel plant. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe operations, equipment reliability, plant availability and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure reliable operation and availability of plant equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance, shutdown, erection and commissioning activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational and maintenance procedures.
- Lead the O&M; team and coordinate with Production and other departments.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance.
- Strong experience in Steel Plant and Coke Oven environment.
- Hands-on experience in plant maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Valuable understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong leadership, coordination and team management skills.
