Responsible for end-to-end production operations of the Taper Roller Bearing division, ensuring production targets, quality standards, productivity, and on-time delivery. Lead production planning, manpower, machine utilization, process optimization, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete taper roller bearing production operations.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
Optimize manpower, machine capacity, and production efficiency.
Ensure consistent product quality and process adherence.
Drive productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and Purchase teams.
Monitor production KPIs, downtime, rejection, and OEE.
Lead and develop the production team to build a high-performance culture.
