About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing, brand, patient acquisition, and growth strategy for a premium aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy.
- Drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Manage brand positioning, social media, influencers, PR, and local marketing.
- Improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-treatment conversions.
- Lead and manage internal marketing teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Build data-driven campaigns focused on sustainable business growth.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the clinic’s premium brand presence.
- Identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing budgets.

Mandatory Requirement





Candidates must have proven experience in one or more of the following:

- Aesthetics
- Dermatology
- Cosmetics
- Skin & Hair
- Beauty & Wellness
- Premium Healthcare Marketing

Profiles from generic IT, FMCG, real estate, or conventional digital marketing backgrounds without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Ideal Candidate

- 8 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of patient acquisition and healthcare/aesthetic marketing.
- Proven experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Experience handling performance marketing, branding, and growth initiatives.
