Position: Head of Clinic Expansion & Operations

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Raipur (Multi-location project travel required)

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

Education: Graduate in any domain; MBA (Healthcare Management, Operations, or Marketing) preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in setting up, launching, and managing skin, hair, or aesthetic dermatology clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Infrastructure Execution:

End-to-end coordination for the construction and interior work of new skin clinics, ensuring designs meet medical-grade aesthetics and brand standards.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely fit-outs, electrical setups (heavy-duty machine loads), and plumbing.

Launch & Pre-Launch Management:

Spearhead pre-launch preparations, including medical and CRM software implementation, inventory setup, and compliance checklists.

Plan and execute local BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, local promotions, and the grand launch event in coordination with the central marketing team.

Operations & SOP Implementation:

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across clinical workflows, patient management, and front-office protocols.





Establish and maintain high clinical and hospitality standards aligned with brand benchmarks.

Hiring & Training Support:

Source, interview, and onboard clinic staff, including front-office counselors, CRM executives, and support personnel.

Facilitate training programs for staff on patient communication, software usage, and service protocols.

Post-Launch Management:

Take charge of overall clinic operations, P&L; accountability, team management, and daily administrative handling once the branch is operational.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record of launching at least 1 to 2 skin, derma-aesthetic, or wellness clinics from scratch.

Strong working knowledge of aesthetic/laser equipment requirements, clinic interiors, and medical licensing workflows.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to travel across assigned regions.

High emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities to manage multi-disciplinary clinic teams To target candidates with exact skin clinic experience like Oliva , bodycraft , Kaya , VLCC and same skin clinic

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
