Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage all aspects of direct taxation, including income tax returns, audits, and compliance.

- Oversee litigation matters related to direct taxes and ensure effective resolution.

- Develop and implement strategies for minimizing tax liabilities through planning and structuring.

- Ensure timely submission of tax returns and payment of taxes.

Job Requirements :

- 10-18 years of experience in direct taxation (income tax) with a strong background in litigation.

- Proven track record of handling complex cases involving high stakes.

- Solid knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and other relevant laws.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal provisions.
