Open Positions

Head Chef: Lead kitchen operations, standardize recipes, maintain food cost/inventory, and ensure consistent food quality and kitchen hygiene.

North Indian Cook: Prepare authentic North Indian gravies, curries, and daily specials with dependable taste and speed during rush hours.

Tandoor Cook: Expert in kebabs, tikkas, and a wide variety of tandoori breads (naan, roti, paratha) maintaining exact texture and doneness.

Kitchen Helpers (2 Openings): Assist main chefs with vegetable cutting, mise en place, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining workstation hygiene.

Key Requirements





Proven past experience in a busy restaurant or commercial kitchen in the respective role.

Strong commitment to consistency in taste, portion control, and timely food preparation.

High standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and punctuality.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle peak lunch and dinner operations smoothly.
