Business Growth & Sales Leadership

We're looking for a senior business leader who knows how to build, grow and close.

Someone who comes with a strong background in sales, new business, brand solutions, business development or agency growth, and is comfortable working with ambitious revenue targets.

At Tonic, this person will play a key role in taking the business forward, identifying new opportunities, building senior client relationships and turning conversations into meaningful mandates.

What you'll be doing

- Own and drive new business and revenue growth across Tonic's 360° marketing capabilities. - Build a strong pipeline through new client acquisition, relationships, referrals and proactive outreach. - Lead pitches and business conversations from the first conversation to closure. - Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and build larger, integrated mandates. - Work closely with strategy, creative, media, influencer and other teams to develop compelling brand solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with senior marketing and business leaders. - Own business targets and be accountable for delivering against them.



- Bring a robust understanding of the agency ecosystem, brands and what makes a proposition commercially relevant. - Help shape the next phase of Tonic's business growth.

What we're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, brand solutions, agency growth or a similar role. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue / business targets. - Experience selling integrated or 360° marketing solutions is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of the advertising, marketing, digital, media or agency ecosystem. - Excellent pitch, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills. - A builder's mindset. Someone who sees opportunities, creates conversations and knows how to turn them into business. - Leadership experience and the ability to influence teams across functions.

The role
