- To handle entire gamut of Financial Accounting activities.
- Develop and implement Strategic and Annual Operating Business Plan.
- Ensure proper systems in place with respect to Accounting, Costing, Budgets, Audit, and Taxation.
- Develop and Document the Business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen Internal controls.
- Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts.
- Provides Financial Analysis, Interpretation of Variances from budgets, Forecast and Advice to Management.
- To Minimize and Control the Overhead Expenses by Comparing & ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources.
- Analyzing MIS and reporting to Senior Management.
