Role Description The Merchandise Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for planning and managing product assortments, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring that merchandise aligns with market demand and company objectives. The role involves analyzing sales performance, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and making data-driven decisions on pricing, stocking, and product placement.

The Merchandise

Manager will work closely with sales and customer service teams to optimize in-store or channel-specific presentations,



support promotional activities, and maintain a consistent customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring stock movements, preparing reports, and collaborating with management to improve profitability and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support frontline teams and help maintain a positive customer experience related to merchandise.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to analyze performance, support promotional activities, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Assortment planning skills to balance stock levels, product mix, and demand trends.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in merchandising, retail operations, or category management in a multi-location or high-volume environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets or merchandising tools, are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions in a rapid-paced workplace.
