We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Gosu and PolicyCenter configuration.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Robust hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Gosu
- Develop reusable Gosu classes, enhancements, typelists, and plugins
- Customize Product Model, Policy Transactions, Underwriting Rules, and Rating Worksheets
- Develop and enhance PCF screens, Input Sets, and UI flows
- Work on Batch Processes, Messaging, and Guidewire integrations
- Strong understanding of SOAP/REST APIs
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize PolicyCenter application performance
- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and secure development practices
Technical Leadership:
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with Architects, BAs, QA, DevOps, and client teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable PolicyCenter solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
- Track delivery using JIRA and provide technical guidance to the team
