About the role:

This is not a normal internship. At Wexa AI, we don't hire interns, we recruit operators. Our in-house Super Agents, built on the Wexa platform, run 24/7. They prospect, nurture, qualify, close, follow up, and scale campaigns across Gmail, Slack, Salesforce, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and 200+ other tools while you sleep.

They build real-time context graphs, make autonomous decisions, and execute at superhuman speed. Your job is to command them. You will sit in the cockpit, monitor live performance, tweak strategies on the fly, push them harder, fix what breaks, and squeeze every last drop of revenue out of them.

This role is marketing + sales + AI operations fused into one relentless mission. We will turn you into a superhero. The agents are the suit. You are the one who flies it. This internship is paid, in-house, and designed to create the next generation of AI-native revenue leaders.

Required Qualifications:

- Raw tenacity, insane patience, and unbreakable perseverance

- Willingness to treat AI as armor, not a crutch - you must be ready to command and optimize autonomous systems
- Open mindset - no preconceived notions about how things should work

- Readiness to go through a 100% AI-powered interview process that tests speed, decision-making, resilience, and ability to operate agents under pressure
- Must be available for in-house work in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, optimize, and scale fleets of 24/7 Super Agents for end-to-end marketing and sales pipelines
- Run live campaigns that never sleep - lead generation, outreach, qualification, and closing sequences across multiple channels
- Analyze agent performance in real time, kill underperforming plays,



and double down on what works
- Continuously train and upgrade the agents with new strategies and edge-case handling
- Hit aggressive revenue and growth targets set by the founders
- Monitor live performance dashboards and tweak strategies on the fly to maximize results
- Execute marketing and sales operations using AI agents across Gmail, Slack, Salesforce, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and 200+ other tools
