NVT Quality Lifestyle is looking for a polished, warm, and well-presented GRE Hostess to be part of the upcoming Aqua launch and Experience Centre.

The role is focused on creating a premium first impression for visitors, welcoming guests, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a seamless and elevated experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and warmly greet all guests visiting the Aqua Experience Centre.
- Manage guest arrivals, registrations, and visitor information.
- Understand the purpose of the guest's visit and direct them appropriately.
- Escort guests through the Experience Centre and coordinate guided walkthroughs.
- Assist with scheduling and managing presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Support VIP and high-value clients with personalised attention.
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate visitor details are captured.
- Handle basic guest queries about the project and direct detailed sales queries to the appropriate team.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas are maintained to a premium standard.
- Assist during launch events, customer meetings, CP meets, and other project-related events.
- Coordinate refreshments and other guest requirements when required.
- Follow up with the relevant internal team regarding guest requests and appointments.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who is:
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Warm, friendly, and naturally comfortable interacting with people.
- Excellent in verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with HNI/UHNI clients, corporate professionals, and VIP guests.
- Skilled and composed in high-pressure or high-footfall situations.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and maintaining visitor records.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium real estate, hotels, restaurants, airlines, events, or customer experience will be preferred.

Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, customer experience, events, luxury retail, or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
