Position: Graphic Designer + Video Editor + Social Media Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative professional who can handle graphic design, video editing and social media execution for MultiPower Agro.

Previous experience or strong knowledge of the Agriculture / Agri-input / Fertilizer / Biostimulant / Seeds / Farming industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, brochures, ads and other marketing creatives.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, product videos, farmer testimonials, educational and promotional videos.
- Convert raw field/mobile footage into professional branded content.
- Manage posting on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare basic captions, hashtags and content calendars.
- Create farmer-focused content related to product awareness, usage, soil health, crops, exhibitions, farmer meetings and campaigns.
- Coordinate with field teams for farmer photos, videos, testimonials and crop content.
- Maintain consistent MultiPower Agro branding across all content.
- Support product shoots, exhibitions, dealer/distributor and B2B marketing creatives.




- Suggest new Reel ideas, campaigns and social media growth concepts.

Required Skills

- Agriculture industry experience/knowledge is compulsory.
- Strong Graphic Designing and Video Editing skills.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media content.
- Ability to independently manage idea → design/video → final content → posting.
- Creative, modern and professional design sense.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, After Effects, Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI-based design/video tools will be an added advantage.

Languages

- Gujarati, Hindi and Marathi preferred.
- Basic qualified English required.

Experience

Preferably 2+ years, with relevant Agriculture / Agri-input industry experience.

Candidates should share their portfolio, Reels, social media pages and agriculture-related work samples.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, portfolio and overall skill set.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
