About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good eye for aesthetics, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.
- Ability to create original and visually appealing concepts.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Experience working with digital marketing/social media agencies.
- Understanding of social media trends and advertising creatives.
